Elizabeth was born in the year 1533 on the palace of Greenwich,which is located in the south of the United Kingdom,shortly after the marriage of her parents, King Henry VIII and Anne Boleyn,his second wife. Elizabeth I was queen of Englad and Ireland
and her 45 years reign were considered as a `golden period´ of English history. She was nicknamed `Gloriana´ and the `Virgin Queen´ and
overcame many challenges at home as well as threats from abroad. Queen Elizabeth formed part of the Tudor dynasty,Tudor dynasty ruled the
kingdom of England from 1485 to 1603. In the year 1536 Anne Boleyn was executed in the tower of London and Elizabeth was declarated illegitimate
daughter and with no inheritance rights. The next important year ,shortly before his sixth wedding ( to Catherine Parr ),Henry VIII revoke his declaration of bastardy. In the year 1547, Henry VIII died and he was succeded by his son,Edward VI. In the year 1553 Edward VI dies and he was succeded by his sister,Maria I. Only one year later, on 1554 she was accused of having supported Jane Grey,and she stayed as a prisioner for a
few months in the Tower of London. The relationship between Elizabeth and Jane Grey is that Jane Grey was the cousin of Elizabeth. The next
year is the most important one because Elizabeth was crowned queen of England as Elizabeth I,this happens the 15th of January of 1559,although on the previous year she was named queen of England. On the year 1572, Francis Drahe attacked Panama and he got several precious metals
which were going to Spain. Some years later, on 1588 the relationship with Spain decrease, because England decided to support the candidacy
of Enrique de borbon and the spanish monarch found a solution to get rid of the enemy of the English crown. Several years later,on 1587 Mary
Stuart was convicted of treason by a court of about 40 noblemen,including catholics,after being implicated in the Babington conspiracy,where she
would have agreeded to kill Elizabeth. Mary Stuart was killed on the Fotheringhay Castle. She was 45 years old. One year later,on 1588
Philip II tried to conquered England but finally he couldn´t,there was a dispersion of the Spanish army because of a heavy storm so England
was not finally invaded. Finally,on 1603 Queen Elizabeth I died. She decided to stay in the palace of Richmond near the river Thamesis. She refused
any kind of doctors,after a time keeping silence she lay on the bed and died.
